This study focuses on some key issues in the medical diagnosis of DCM patients, such as etiology and pathophysiology. A correct diagnosis is critical for avoiding repercussions and receiving appropriate treatment. We searched major biological databases (CINAHL, EMBASE, MEDLINE) for publications on dilated cardiomyopathy management, employing thorough search algorithms for all relevant articles published up to 2018.
