The article illustrates the pharmacoepidemiology of the use of antibacterial drugs on the example of cephalosporins, since irrational dosing, lowering the dose of antibacterial drugs below the doses specified in local and international guidelines and standards, and reducing the duration of treatment can cause of the development of microorganism resistance.
