Objective: To evaluate the benefits of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in reducing NT- proBNP levels and increasing left ventricular ejection fraction in elderly patients. Methods: based on the data of the regional branch of the Republican Specialized Cardiology Scientific and Practical Medical Center of the Samarkand region, elderly patients who underwent PCI in the period from September 1 to March 1, 2022 were analyzed. A total of 80 patients were analyzed, in whom interventional intervention (IT) was performed from the radial approach in 58.75% (n=74) and from other approaches in 3.68% (n=6).
