КУЛЬТУРА ГОСТИННОСТІ ТА НАЙВАЖЛИВІШІ ЧИННИКИ ПРИВАБЛИВОСТІ ВИШІВ НІМЕЧЧИНИ

The work analyzes factors affecting the system of university education in Germany, contributing to democratic education development, scientific research and making Germany, along with such widelyrecognized leaders in the number of foreign students as the USA, Australia, Great Britain, France and Japan, one of the most attractive countries for foreign students. Ways of developing innovative and high technologies, creating a powerful digital infrastructure, instruments for additional funding projects and initiatives in the field of education and science, that contribute to strengthening the image of Germany as a leading educational and scientific center, have been considered. The latest trends in foreign students’ education, programs aiming to promote advanced research and studies and increase universities competitiveness and attractiveness in the international market have been analyzed. It has been emphasized that Ukrainian students’ interest in continuing their education in Germany remains high, as well as a potential increase in the number of students due to Ukrainian secondary school graduates has been predicted. Germany’s experience in the field of development of education, science and internationalization of higher education institutions to provide inter-university partnership and create favorable conditions for foreign students and teachers’ stay has been concluded to be used in Ukraine
