The Construction Industry in India is fast growing now. From the traditional construction of individual houses, the concept of apartments had gained popularity decades ago in places like Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkatta and Chennai. The apartments are broadly classified into Residential Apartments and Commercial Apartments. Even in Residential Apartments, the surge now is towards “luxurious apartments” which offer striking luxuries to inmates for whom price is of least consideration. Customers are no longer “price sensitive” and are inclined towards “posh living”.
