Generation of Electric and Magnetic Fields in Astronomical Bodies by Superconductivity and Geometry

In the science magazine "Australian Science Illustrated" (Issue #88, p.11), I read that "... in the 1970s, when astrogeologists analysed the lunar rock which Apollo astronauts had collected, they concluded that some 3.7 billion years ago the satellite did have a very powerful magnetic field." The article also stated, "We now know that the Moon's core is probably too small and compact for a geo-dynamo*, and there is a much more likely external explanation of magnetic evidence in lunar rock up to 4 billion years - most likely that it was magnetised by asteroid impacts." * The cause of Earth's magnetic field is said to be the geodynamo, also called the magnetic dynamo theory. The heat from the solid inner core puts the liquid outer core in motion, and the movements of the outer core's electrically conducting fluids (such as molten iron) generate the planet's magnetic field. Electrically conducting fluids occur in the Sun, other stars and most planets – and are the scientifically accepted mechanism for magnetic fields. It's saying the geodynamo theory is probably wrong in this case and the magnetism most likely results from asteroid impacts. But there is another explanation besides asteroid impacts. Is a modified Meissner effect responsible for the planets’ fields (specifically, Mercury’s magnetic field and Venus’ electric field)? Does two-time winner of the Nobel Prize in Physics John Bardeen's comment about the idea of paired electrons not being fully accurate mean that superconductivity is a wave motion
