This evaluation matrix summarizes your project’s key objectives in a format that may help you clarify project expectations with your partners and key stakeholders, including funders. It is based on an evaluation matrix developed for New Practices in Learning Technologies, a funding initiative of the Office of Learning Technologies. Note that this matrix is highly simplified. It does not distinguish between outputs, impacts, outcomes and so on, but merely tries to define the hoped-for and minimum results of the project in a form that will make sense to the partners.
