ABSTRACT We live in a globalized and competitive world where cities face serious mobility problems. The objective of this article proposes a flight route optimization model at Mexico City International Airport. The optimization process is carried out by means of Dijkstra's algorithm and graph theory. With the obtained data, the graphs are generated by means of a simulation process and development of the operations management giving positive results in the research
