The present document is supplementary to the delivered demonstrator “D5.1 PEMS-PN system”. In particular, this report survey SUREAL-23 project developments in Portable Emissions Measurement Systems (PEMS) suitable for real-time, on-board measurements of sub-23 particles emitted from engine exhaust during real driving conditions. This document summarizes the development, testing and validation of such instruments and pertains primarily to effort carried out within project's Task 5.1 "PEMS Development" of WP5 "Portable emissions measurement system (PEMS)"
