Considerations regarding tactical and organisational aspects of crime scene investigation

The present work deals with the problem of crime scene investigation, especially theme tho dological, tactical and organisational aspects of this particular criminal investigation activity. The author emphasises the necessity of paying a particular attention to the registration of the process and results of the crime scene investigation through various forms: protocol, photo, video and audio registration, plans, drafts, detailed layout, but in somesituations – GPS. Another requirement would be for the protocol to be typed and completed with photos from the crime scene
