Analisis Penerapan Literasi Pada Keterampilan Menyimak Peserta Didik Kelas II di SD Negeri Keboledan 03

The school literacy movement program is one of the government education program plans that is being intensively implemented at all levels of the education unit, one of which is the elementary school (SD) level. The purpose of the school literacy movement program is to foster the habit of positive activities including active responsiveness, reading, writing, speaking, creative and listening. To achieve the objectives of the literacy program, of course, there are supporting components in carrying out literacy activities so that their implementation is more optimal. This research is a qualitative research method with a case study approach which was carried out in class II at SD Negeri Keboledan 03. The data collection techniques in this study used interviews, observation and documentation. As well as the validity of this research data, namely source triangulation and technical triangulation The results of this study show, 1) the literacy program is carried out after teaching and learning activities, the literacy implementation schedule is carried out for six active school days, the achievement of literacy goals in listening skills includes three indicators of goal achievement, namely the ability to listen and pay attention, the ability to answer questions, and the ability to retell information obtained through listening. The teacher uses the method of discussion, question and answer and lectures, the teacher's role must be more optimal due to the characteristics of some students who are not disciplined in participating in literacy activities and there is a form of cooperation between the principal and teacher in the form of evaluating the implementation of literacy. 2) obstacles that affect the implementation of literacy programs in listening activities, namely there are no library facilities, reading corner rooms, lack of reading books, undisciplined obstacles from some students and the lack of literacy program guidebooks and listening skills for teachers at SD Negeri Keboledan 03. The implementation of literacy programs, especially in listening activities, will run more optimally if it is based on more adequate supporting component
