VIOLATION OF TRADITIONS OF WATER CIVILIZATION IN UZBEKISTAN IN THE 20TH CENTURY: RESULTS AND CONSEQUENCES.

This article summarizes issues related to water civilization, irrigation thinking and centuries-old traditions of our people on irrigation, agriculture and land reclamation as the basis for the formation of the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers at the beginning of the 20th century.
