Objective: The aim of this research work is to record the outcome of pre-term deliveries in twin pregnancies to examine the association of perinatal and obstetric features with this outcome. Methodology: This was a retroactive research work which carried out on the data collected from one hundred pre-term twins’ child births in Department of gynecology of Allied Hospital Faisalabad. We collected the data from the clinical files of 60 females with pregnancy who gave pre-term birth of twin babies and we analyzed that data.
