Weight-length relationship and condition factor of a fish is frequently used to evaluate the well-being of such fish in its environment. This study investigated the seasonal variation in length-weigh and condition factor of five important fish species from Kolo creek, Niger Delta region of Nigeria. The fish samples were obtained from the creek using different fishing gears with assistance of local fishermen. The length-weigh relationship and condition factor were computed following standard biometric methods. Results obtained showed that all the fish species showed negative allometric growth in both climatic regimes except Tilapia guineensis during the wet season.
