The library and the virtual world

The article discusses the current condition of the library and the librarian, when the society lives under the seduction of consumption and dependence on the Internet. This context, this hight modernity society, to which is added the economic crisis, makes the library with all its components in difficulty and forces the librarian to rethink his strategies and activities.
