Abstract Consumptive behavior remains a common problem in Indonesian people and can affect financial management, especially among young people. As the younger generation, Generation Z is believed to have different behaviors, knowledge, and attitudes from the previous generation. This study aims to evaluate the effects of financial attitudes, financial knowledge, and locus of control as factors that influence the behavior of financial management among generation Z. This study employed multiple regression quantitative research. This study was conducted on 150 samples of respondents in Purbalingga Regency, Indonesia, ranging from 16 to 24 years old.
