ПІДГОТОВКА МАЙБУТНІХ УЧИТЕЛІВ ПОЧАТКОВОЇ ШКОЛИ ДО ДІАЛОГІЧНОЇ ВЗАЄМОДІЇ В НАВЧАЛЬНО-ВИХОВНОМУ ПРОЦЕСІ

The article describes the specifics of the training of future teachers of elementary school to the dialogical interaction. The essence of concepts "educational dialogue" and "dialogue in the educational process." It is proved that the quality of primary education is associated with an organization of learning, where students would be the subjects of creative, cognitive activity; choose an active role in learning and leisure. Today, the priority is given to the methods and technologies that are built on the principles of pedagogical interaction, collaboration and co-creation. A dialogic approach based on the interaction between teachers and students is dominated in the training nowadays, which contributed to the transition from knowledgeable paradigm for the developing and competence. The author noted that the dialogic interaction is also an important part of successful work in the teaching staff: the ability to build not only a friendly and constructive, creative, tolerant relationships is an indication of high pedagogical culture. The article describes the interactive forms of work with future primary school teachers, which form the ability to build a constructive dialogue in the conditions of pedagogical communication
