Résumé Cet article examine les recherches précédentes traitant l'influence de la diversité en milieu de travail sur la performance organisationnelle. Il fournit un cadre conceptuel de l'influence de la diversité sur la performance, et passe en revue la littérature sur les avantages potentiels de la diversité sur la performance et les problèmes potentiels de la diversité. L'objectif de cet article est de fournir aux praticiens et aux universitaires un cadre qui leur permettra de concevoir des initiatives de diversité basées sur une évaluation des besoins et une recherche empirique.
