Background: Posture and balance play a important role in the overall health of the body. Dynamic posture could depends on leg strength muscle, core strength muscle, proprioceptive abilities, age, sex, body height, body mass etc and ofcourse, dorsiflexion range of motion (DROM) as a measure of flexibility of the ankle joint is one of them.
