This study was to establish the relationship between rewards and job performance of teachers in private secondary schools of Rukungiri district. This was assessed through investigating whether there is a relationship between financial rewards and job performance and non-financial rewards and job performance in private secondary schools of Rukungiri district. The study employed a cross-sectional survey design.
