The study determined the instructional behaviour, innovative teaching practices, work engagement, and self-efficacy of Physical Education teachers in private Higher Education Institutions in SOCCSARGEN in facilitating Rhythmic Activities. It also determined the significant relationship of the dependent variables towards the self-efficacy of Physical Education teachers in facilitating Rhythmic Activities.
