OVERVIEW OF EFFICIENCY OF ULTRASOUND AND DIGITAL RADIOGRAPHY IN DISTINGUISHING PERIAPICAL LESIONS

To visualize periapical lesions, periapical and panoramic radiographs are routinely employed. Furthermore, in the diagnosis of anterior teeth with periapical diseases, ultrasonography is an alternative way to digital radiography techniques.
