This paper presents a new computational technique for the solution of a class of fractional convection-diffusion equations. The method is based upon the bivariate Muntz-Legendre wavelets; these wavelets are first introduced. Operational matrix of fractional-order integration with the collocation points are utilized to reduce the solution of under study problem to a system of algebraic equations
