Abstract : My talk is based on the experience of application of ERM to e Journals in the IUCAA library through the five facets namely Acquisition, Access, Administration, Support and Evaluation Management with modified Pecsh’s E-Resource Life cycle. This talk also attempts to evaluate the usage pattern of E-resources subscribed by the IUCAA library, and e-resources made available under the E ShodhSindhu program of MHRD, Govt. of India, where the user community takes the opportunities to make the best use of e-resources provided by the library
