Drug-drug interaction (DDI) prediction has received considerable attention from industry and academia. Most conventional methods predict DDIs from the self-characteristics of a drug or the relationships with its neighbours, which does not guarantee obtaining informative drug embeddings for accrurate predictionwe. Thus we propose a multitype DDI prediction method based on the deep fusion of drug features and topological relationships (DM-DDI)
