RANDOMIZED EVALUATION OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF ENDOVASCULAR TREATMENT OF ISCHEMIC STROKES

Aim: Amongst cases having the proximal vascular barrier in main flow, 70 to 90 % of them of cases go into action inside 3 months of the beginning of the attack or do not regain useful autonomy in spite of the alteplase cure.
