This study assessed the relationship between self-efficacy and job performance and satisfaction of secondary school teachers in Anambra State. Two research questions guided the study. Two null hypotheses were tested at .05 level of significance. Correlational survey research design was adopted for the study. The population of the study was 1,615 secondary school teachers in 32 state government owned secondary schools. Stratified random sampling technique was utilized to select a sample size of 485 teachers. A structured questionnaire was used for data collection.
