Energy Law and Policy in a Climate-Constrained World

This book is a contribution of various scholars to the ever-changing and evolving field of energy law and policy. The wealth of legislative, regulatory, and jurisprudential developments brings a new dynamic to this discipline every day. Therefore, apart from the research object, which is common to the contributors of this book, each doctrinal voice expressed remains unique. To achieve this uniqueness, research needs to be supported and funded.
