This book is a contribution of various scholars to the ever-changing and evolving field of energy law and policy. The wealth of legislative, regulatory, and jurisprudential developments brings a new dynamic to this discipline every day. Therefore, apart from the research object, which is common to the contributors of this book, each doctrinal voice expressed remains unique. To achieve this uniqueness, research needs to be supported and funded. One of the organizations that daily invests in supporting research on energy transition in the multiplicity of forms it may take is the European Commission. In this respect, we are fully grateful to the European Commission for funding the publication of this book
