Well-being in general is a dynamic concept that includes subjective, social, and psychological dimensions as well as health-related behaviors. It refers to optimal psychological functioning and experience. Well-being of employees is an important issue in every work environment. This study examines the perception of employees about their psychological well being and its impact on demographic factors among medium and large scale manufacturing industries.
