PROFESSIONAL PREPARATION OF FUTURE TEACHERS OF TECHNOLOGIES AS A PEDAGOGICAL PROBLEM

The goal of the work. To analyze and generalize modern approaches to the formation of professional orientation preparation of future teachers of technology. Methodology. There were used following research methods for solving this goal: theoretical (study and analysis of psychological and pedagogical sources, official and normative documents, curricula, textbooks and manuals on professional orientation, comparisons and generalizations of scientists' views about the problem) and empirical (observation of the educational and disciplinary students’ process). Scientific originality. The article highlights the main components of the professional preparation of the future teacher of technology, namely: special, psychological, pedagogical, methodical and career guidance. There were emphasized that the formation of preparation for the professional orientation activity of the future teacher of technology in the process of professional training is carried out through the realization and activation of career guidance activities of the educational process of a higher educational institution, gradually mastering various methods and forms of carrying out career guidance to creation own techniques and techniques of organization of vocational guidance work by the future teacher of technologies. There were analyzed the basic methodological conditions of career guidance training of technology teachers at the bachelor and master degree. The purpose and tasks of the academic discipline "Professional orientation and methods of career guidance work" are described as one of the basic conditions which provide the professional orientation preparation of future teachers of technology. In the article we paid considerable attention to practical training as an important component in the training of future teachers of technology. In addition, during the period of pedagogical practice students develop the abilities and qualities which are necessary for the teacher of technology as the main career guidance consultant. Conclusions. So, the definition of "professional orientation preparation of the future teacher of technologies" is clarified and the conditions for forming the readiness of the future teacher of technology for organizing and conducting career guidance with senior pupils are a prospect of further researches
