Deliverable Description: This deliverable comprises of a report on the procedures and criteria for identifying and recruiting research participants. In this deliverable the coordinators collated all templates of the informed consent/assent forms and information sheets in a short report. Outcome Summary: A report on the procedures and criteria for identifying and recruiting research participants has been created. It collates all templates of the informed consent/assent forms and information sheets. This report was presented and signed off by the Project Coordinator. Additionally, the procedures and templates contained in the report have been added as an agenda point to be presented to the Executive Management Group at their next meeting
