TEKNIK DISTRAKSI AUDIO VISUAL TENTANG KAJIAN ISLAM MENURUNKAN KECEMASAN PADA PASIEN PRE OPERASI SEKSIO SESAREA

Sectio caesarea preoperative patient anxiety could cause fear of pain or death. One form of nursing intervention in reducing anxiety by giving audio visual distractions that divert attention to other stimuli to see the video Islamic studies. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of anxiety of patients before and after audio visual distraction of Islamic studies. The study design using is Pre-Experiment one-group pre-test-post test design. The entire population studied patients who will face the first operation cesarean section and elective at the Hospital Muhammadiyah Gresik with a number of 41 patients. The number of samples that met the inclusion criteria as many as 37 patients.Collecting data using structured interviews Hars before and after giving audio visual distraction techniques.Analysis using statistical tests Wilxocon Signed Rank Test with significance level α
