LABOR UNDERUTILIZATION IN THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA

Labor market functioning is conditioned by the development of the market economy, by the quality of the labor force, by the country's ranking at the international level. The article aims to present the national situation regarding the underutilization of the labor force in the Republic of Moldova. The problem of lack of jobs and unemployment has worsened especially in the conditions of the pandemic situation at the beginning of 2020.
