According to the WHO definition, someone is considered healthy if they are both physically and psychologically well. Studies show that women are more likely than men to experience mental health issues (Piccinelli & Homen, 1997). Going to work can add stress and tension to a woman's life because of the multiple roles she juggles as a mother, caretaker, and homemaker.
