THEORETICAL PRINCIPLES OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE PENITENTIARY OFFICERS WHEN IT COMES TO INTERACTIVE EDUCATION

The issue of improving professional training on the basis of a competent approach, taking into account the trends of informatization of education, is at the center of attention of both domestic and foreign scholars and practitioners in the field of law, pedagogy and psychology. The purpose of the research is to identify priority areas and methods of interactive education in order to improve the process of forming future penitentiary officers’ professional competencies in Ukraine in higher educational institutions with specific learning conditions, taking into account the current requirements of the process of informatization of education. Methodology. During the research, theoretical (analysis, synthesis, generalization) and empirical (questioning) methods of cognition were used. Scientific novelty. New interactive forms and methods of training, creating electronic educational methodological complexes, using 3D-technologies for the improvement of the process of forming future penitentiary officer’s modern basic professional competencies and development of his motivation to self-formation of personal-social-active qualities are offered. Conclusions. The author of the article offers the improvement of theoretical and methodological approaches to the formation of educational programs related to the use of interactive methods, forms and technologies of training taking into account the main directions of the modern paradigm of the development of the future penitentiary officers’ graduate education in Ukraine. The maintained analysis allowed the author to propose new forms of lectures to be held in the trilateral system of «a lecturer – visualization of educational information – feedback», seminars and practical classes, including consultations, namely, teachers’ scoping-consultations for cadets in order to reduce the time for obtaining necessary information for implementing individual research tasks, making course papers and master’s papers. In order to inform the cadets in the field of Penitentiary System reforming, changes in state criminal and executive policy, the results of scientific researches in the fields of Law, Penitentiary Pedagogy and Penitentiary Psychology, the author proposed to maintain video conferences, online seminars (a kind of web conference), online meetings or presentations via the Internet in real time involving leading domestic and foreign scientists. According to the results of studying interactive methods and forms of learning great opportunities for updating the formats of pedagogical technologies are created; improvement of theoretical and methodological basis for forming cadets’ interest and motivation to study that contributes to improving the quality and efficiency of the educational process in general is taken place; conditions for expanding the horizons, cadets’ creative (alternative) and logical thinking are created. And the most important fact is that the forming of future penitentiary officers’ modern professional competencies takes place in Ukraine
