TREATMENT OF VERTICAL PELVIC FRACTURES

The paper presents a brief review of surgical methods for the treatment of pelvic ring injuries. The original technology of osteosynthesis for fresh displaced polyfocal vertical fractures and injuries of the pelvic ring using the "Device for the treatment of displaced pelvic fractures" is described. Surgical intervention is less traumatic. The technique of surgical intervention, the stages of osteosynthesis, the features of the operation and the tool for its implementation are presented. The principles and stages of patient management are determined
