This extensive literature study aims to give a comprehensive examination of the process by which in vitro diagnostics (IVDs) designed for pediatric usage in Europe are granted regulatory approval. An overview of the whole literature review is provided in the abstract. The purpose of this study is to provide a comprehensive overview of the present regulatory landscape, problems, and issues that are special to pediatric IVDs by investigating relevant literature, instructions, and regulations.
