CONSTITUTIONAL FOUNDATIONS FOR THE ACTIVITIES OF CIVIL SOCIETY INSTITUTIONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DRAFT CONSTITUTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN IN A NEW EDITION

The article is devoted to the norms of the draft Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan in a new edition, which determine the constitutional and legal foundations for the activities of civil society institutions in Uzbekistan. The role and forms of participation of citizens in the management of state affairs are shown. The factors and conditions for the successful functioning of civil society are determined.
