This study aims to determine the increase in students' understanding of a mathematical concept and to determine students' responses to learning a system of two-variable linear equations using a realistic approach. This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK) which was conducted in class VIII-B MTs Negeri 2 Garut district. Garut with a total of 31 students with details of 19 male students and 12 female students.
