Financial Activities of Modern Ukrainian State Within Fulfillment of Its Functions (Theoretical Issues)

The article deals with theoretical issues regarding financial activities of modern Ukrainian state within fulfillment of its functions. Despite of topicality of these issues legal theory and practice does not focus much on them. There is no legal definition of financial activity of modern Ukrainian state etc. Positions in legal literature on financial activities of the state are different. The works use various approaches to detection of its peculiarities as well as characterize them from different scientific perspectives. At the same time, this activity aims at ensuring of fulfillment of the state functions. It has been established that the activity consists of the relevant stages which have their peculiarities and show their content. The research has found out that the content of financial activity of modern Ukrainian state is establishment, allocation, reallocation, use, control over the use of financial resources. Other main features of financial activities of modern Ukrainian state have been emphasized. Financial activities of modern Ukrainian state is a type of legal activities aimed at ensuring fulfillment of functions of modern Ukrainian state. The authorized subject carries it out in accordance with the established procedure. Legal acts present the results of financial activities of modern Ukrainian state. Following these features financial activities of modern Ukrainian state has been defined as legal activities of the authorized subjects aimed at ensuring fulfillment of functions of modern Ukrainian state through establishment, allocation, reallocation, use and control over the use of financial resources
