Aspects of corporate social responsibility occupa-tional safety and health protection in modern hotel complexes.

Modern trends suggest a strategy of sustainable development of enterprises, including the hospitality sector, which includes not only financial stability and environmental policy, but also corporate social responsibility of business owners and managers, including a thrifty attitude to staff and the creation of conditions for maintaining health and well-being. The basis for this can be the development of an occupational safety and health management system, where, according to GOST R 59240-2020 "Occupational safety and health management systems", it is approved that the management of the enterprise is responsible for: the state of the production environment, the labor process, the ergonomics of the workspace and working hours, which should contribute to the preservation and strengthening of the health of employees, as well as prolonging their professional longevity. The article considers the threats of the production environment for the staff of a hotel enterprise and examines the main causes of their occurrence and possible ways to prevent them. The authors do not consider in this study safety instructions, fire safety, etc., which are developed at each enterprise.
