ABSTRACT This study aims to investigate the determinants that influence the level of job satisfaction and the relationship on work environment, payment, promotion opportunities, supervision and nature of job towards job satisfaction among management and professional officers in DBKL. The population was selected due to the diversity of the officer’s group, particularly in terms of age, gender and race. The stratified sample size of 217 respondents were collected through questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics with the aid of Statistical Packages for Social Scientists (SPSS) version 26.0.
