The features of the structure and dynamics of mortality in patients with malignant neoplasms in the Republic of Belarus over a 10-year follow-up period were studied. For the period from 2010 to 2019 the overall mortality rate among the population of the republic increased by 11.1 %. Over the course of 10 years, the gap between the levels of morbidity and mortality in the republic has continued to widen. The mortality rate of women is 2.3 times lower than that of men, and does not show an upward trend. Age standardization of the data showed a higher risk of death in cities, correlated with a higher risk of disease
