Abstract The present research work applies different methods ofmulti-criteria analysis, to identify which is the best cell phone manufactured by thebest companies worldwide, in the year 2021. The methods applied are: a) Quantitativemethod AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) in Spanish Hierarchical Analytical Process proposed by Thomas Saaty in 1980. b) METHOD CRITIC (CRiteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation). The work in question will be divided into four sections, the first is the Introduction, where it will be quickly addressed what is intended to be done in the research.
