Objective: The study was held for comparing the therapeutic role of N. Sativa seeds with leukotriene receptor blocker Montelukast in patients with periodic allergic rhinitis. Methods: We carried out this research at Jinnah Hospital, Lahore from October 2017 to June 2018. A total number of forty-seven participants who were patients of seasonal allergic rhinitis and looking for outpatient administration were evaluated through comparative uncontrolled single-blind clinical assessment.
