Formation Features of a Tolerant Attitude of Adults to Children with Special Needs in the Context of Inclusive Education

In the article the problem of the process of teaching children with special needs in the context of inclusive education is considered. Attention is focused on the fact that the education of preschool children with special needs (speech and communication disorders, visual and hearing impairments, learning difficulties, physical, emotional, behavioral disorders, etc.) should be carried out jointly with children who do not have the above problems, which contributes to the awakening of empathy, kindness, tolerance to others. The importance and necessity of tolerant attitude of adults to children with special needs in the context of inclusive education, the importance of personal and professional qualities of adults, the main conditions for the formation of tolerance, which include: the presence and manifestation of substantial characteristics of tolerance in the personal value system of the educator, mutual understanding in the structure of the child-educator-parent; the presence of cooperation, trustfulness, empathy, patience, emotional stability, etc
