A cross-sectional study was conducted of a patient from different hospitals in Iraq to patients with Distal radial fracture (DRF), and the following methods were used in the treatment of percutaneous pinning (PCP) and pin-in-plaster (PP) techniques. To evaluated the function of both hands in 2 groups after reduction (m for Radial length (m), Radial Inclination, and Palmar tilt). Through the use of the techniques mentioned, a comparison was made at 50 days, 150 days, and 300 days.
