EFFORTS TO IMPROVE LANGUAGE LEARNING ABILITIES WITH THE USE OF IMAGE CARD MEDIA IN GROUP B CHILDREN OF B TK NEGERI PEMBINA KECAMATAN KLUNGKUNG

This research was carried out in TK Negeri Pembina, Klungkung District, Klungkung Regency. The purpose of this Classroom Action Research was to improve the students language development by using picture word cards media. The data collection was an instrument and method of data analysis was descriptive. The results obtained from this study were the use of picture card word media can increase the development of child language. This was proven from the results obtained from the preliminary data in which 4 students (19%) have begun to develop, and 15 (81%) children have not developed. In the first cycle after being given treatment, 11 students (61%) began to develop, 4 students (19%) developed according to expectations while 4 students (19%) were categorized underdeveloped. In cycle II 15 students (81%) developed according toexpectation, 1 student (8%) began to develop, while 3 students (11%) have not developed.the conclusion obtained from this study was the implementation of individual guidance using picture word cards media can improve child language abilit
