The subject of the article is management of inculcation informations and communications technologies (ICT) and technologies for the operation of customs checkpoints using the "single window" mechanism. Research methods. The work uses a set of scientific methods and approaches, including systemic, structural–functional, historical, logical, which allowed to ensure the conceptual unity of the study. Results of work. The article on the service model of public administration discusses the principles and methods of organizing the work of customs authorities in international trade using standards and UN / CEFACT Recommendations. Field of application of results. The system of sciences from the family of public administration, a wide range of methodological aspects of socio–economic, legal sciences on the problems of informatization of economic management of the world on the principles of public–private partnership. Conclusions. The main results of the study, their theoretical results should be summarized as follows: 1. The introduction of the principles of «single window» at customs checkpoints contribute to the revival of economic activity in the world and their interaction in international trade. 2. The UN recommendations have a certain methodological impact on the organization of customs checkpoints with the introduction of information and communication technologies that contribute to the sustainable development of world economies
