СУТНІСТЬ ІНТЕЛЕКТУАЛЬНОГО ПОТЕНЦІАЛУ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЇ

The article is devoted to a review of theoretical and methodological approaches to the problem of studying the organization intellectual potential . The necessity in studying the theoretical and practical aspects of the development of an intellectual potential of an organization is substantiated in the article. Author’s interpretation of the term “organization intellectual potential” is presented in the work. The structure of the organization intellectual potential, which includes intellectual, informational and human capital is investigated. It is concluded that intellectual potential is one of the key factors in the development of modern society and acts as an indicator of the development of an organization. Key features of the organization intellectual potential development are common to domestic organizations: low level of organization intellectual potential development due to insufficient knowledge and experience in the field of development of intellectual potential; lack of experience in valuing intangible assets; lack of valuation techniques; increased attention to tangible assets and insufficient attention to intangible assets are considered. Due to the fact that the main institution that forms the basis for intellectual development is the education system, it is advisable to define it as a leading factor contributing to the development of the organization. The thesis is proved that, it is impossible to ensure the sustainable and successful development of society, the economy with a favorable social background without a full adequate education
